We have a new requirement for L2/L3 support in SAP HR area.

The requirement is for a 5+ years of experience person in SAP HR (PA & OM) with ESS/MSS/LMS. Detailed role requirements are given below. 

Work Location - Irvine, California

Start Date: 2 weeks

DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

REQUIRED

- Bachelor's degree 
- At least  5 years of experience with SAP HR with ESS/MSS/LMS

PREFERRED

- At least 5 years of experience in creating requirement specifications based on Architecture/Design/Detailing of Processes
- At least 5 years of experience in SAP HR Skills  with ESS/MSS/LMS
- At least 5 years of experience in Development/Configuration/solutions evaluation/Validation and deployment
- At least 5 years of experience in capturing requirements related to internal/external consulting, documenting, and mapping current business process
- Need business systems support for daily activities relating to support of SAP HR OM, PA & COMP modules:
- Experience with attributes and relationships associated OM & PA infotypes and how they integrate
- Experience with the configuration and master data of the above objects and knowledge of the transactions associated
- Working knowledge of the HR data model and how relationships interacts with other HR modules (Time, Comp, Payroll and Talent)
- Experience with portal integration ESS/MSS and LMS is must.
- Effectively navigate through SAP configuration to troubleshoot SAP HR issues
- Analytical and Communication skills
- Planning and Co-ordination skills 

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

- Working knowledge of waterfall SDLC practices
- Ability to follow step by step instructions independently and assist business user in troubleshooting production issues
- Ability to analyze business issue/defect, document findings and resolution with an ability to estimate effort to correct
- Understanding of L2 level practices and procedures, with an ability to understanding the need to escalate to L3 level when necessary
