SAP HR, eRecruitment 100 day opportunity to be based in Norway.
SCOPE OF TASKS:
Consultant to assist with the following tasks in the P2813 HRM in FIF:
Participate in efforts to develop solution within the area of recruitment's primary task will be development of WebDynpro applications for SAP e-recruitment.
IN COLLABORATION WITH KEY STAKEHOLDERS WITH THE ORGANISATION AND IN HRM PROJECT;
Work with recruitment process, as well as propose, and configure technical solutions for these.
Defining functional and technical solutions for current recruitment processes based on SAP products.
Take responsibility for ensuring that project deliverables related to current recruitment processes is completed according to time and budget.
Coordinate activities with other on-going projects.
CONSULTANT MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING EXPERTISE:
Minimum of 3 years and have documented benefits of experience with SAP HR processes.
Knowledge of the technical and functional possibilities that SAP e-recruiting provides to support the various recruitment processes.
Minimum of 5 years' experience with WebDynpro and ABAP.
Norwegian Language Requirements. Consultant should have the following expertise:
Knowledge of ASAP method and good experience with Solution Manager for project planning and implementation. Experience with use of HP QC testing tools.
For security reasons, only Norwegian nationals may be proposed to the customer.
