SAP HR Content Analyst

My truly global blue chip client is looking for a skilled SAP HR Content Analyst.

The main focus of the role will be to support the deployment of country and other global content sites content to My HR.

The role will work closely with the Deployment Manager and the Deployment team in order to maintain the relationship with key internal customers and support the execution of deployment activities. The role will be accountable for the end to end delivery of the deployment. This includes engagement with content owners, requirements gathering, content preparation for migration, communications management, project planning, user acceptance testing, overseeing build activities (completed by an external vendor), training, migration and project closure.

Key Responsibilities of Role:

Supporting the development and lead work streams for the content migration plan, including:
- Requirements gathering understanding various content owners may have different requirements
- Delivery of project work streams
- Participate and help plan the roll out of engagement workshops and meetings across deployments
- Collaborate with the Communication Specialist dedicated to the programme to provide content owners with relevant communications to their audience for launch
- Act as a key programme contact for stakeholders within HR or the various clients segments, supported by the Deployment Manager as required
- Assist with the delivery of training for the various audiences involved and support the coordination of the training roll out
- Participate in the successful transition to support within a defined support model which has already been defined across the programme
