SAP HR Consultant - Bratislava - 6 Month Contract
€500 - €525 per day
SAP HR Consultant required for my global Oil & Gas client. This role requires a highly motivated individual who needs to have experience in working with the latest SAP technologies across multiple countries both from an application and development perspective. You will be the main SAP contact to the business from a domestic and international perspective as well as the main point of contact between the client and the SAP support partner.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and enhance current business processes on the SAP HR system
Proactively work with the business to expand the SAP footprint and increase process efficiencies through the use of technology.
Act as the lead consultant on all SAP related issues.
Act as the chief liaison with the SAP support partner
Manage yearly upgrade/patching activities
Research and implement latest SAP technologies and provide innovative solutions to a fast moving and ever changing business.
Help train new staff members in SAP.
Liaise with other parts of the business (ie Finance, Windows teams) to manage integration points between SAP and external systems.
Enhance the Back End solution and roll out ESS/MSS across all countries.
Essential Skills & Experience
Significant SAP HR experience with skills in OM, PA, PD, LSO, ECM, ESS/MSS.
Must have experience of full life cycles of ECM and Performance Management on EHP5.
Experience on SAP ECC6, EHP5 for HR.
Must have developed and delivered training courses to all levels of staff.
Extensive ABAP development experience - Badi's, Bapi's, ABAP reports, custom transactions, SAP Scripts, Smartforms, Data Dictionary, ABAP Web dynpro
SAP HR Roles and Authorisations.
SAP Query
Upgrade implementation experience.
SAP HR Workflows.
Enterprise Portal configuration to support a global roll out of ESS/MSS
