SAP HCM SENIOR CONSULTANT
Oslo, Norway | €500-750 per day | 5 months | Start ASAP
The Hydrogen Group are currently looking for a SAP HCM consultant to work on a project for a global organisation in Norway. You will ideally have previously worked in a consulting environment and be a client facer.
You will also have strong business analysis skills and be highly experienced in writing full functional specifications and be able to present these in a structured and precise manner. You will have a thorough knowledge of the processes involved around taking user requirement and be used to working in a high pressure environment where information can often be hard to come by.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING EXPERIENCE:
- 8 years HCM including four end to end solutions implementations
- In depth knowledge of SAP HCM
- Knowledge of On Demand, Talent Management & success Factors
- Global rollout experience
- Blueprint design
