SAP HR Business Analyst

Portland Resourcing looking for SAP HR Business analyst for a 4 months initial contract based in Kuala Lumpur with a global end user organisation. ONLY candidates based in KL will be considered for this role.

SAP HR Operational Support Analyst will be requested to perform system configuration in the following areas of SAP HR:
Personnel Administration:

*Personnel Areas configuration
*Design of work processes for personnel administration
*Design of user interfaces
*Customization of interfaces to 3rd party applications

Time Management:
*Holiday calendars update, work schedules, absences and absence quotas configuration
*Time evaluation

ESS/MSS:
*Personal Data screen customization
*Leave request customization
*Team Viewer

Organizational Management:
*Deep knowledge of OM module

Authorization Management:
*Security knowledge on Structural authorization and HR authorization objects

Having the ownership of the application support requests coming from the 1st level support team, he/she provides application support for both Production and Development

Skills needed:
*Customer service experience for 3+ years
*SAP HR Configuration experience in areas of:
Personnel administration
Org. Management
Time management
ESS/MSS Portal
Winshuttle knowledge is a plus
*ABAP background is a key advantage (able to debug custom programs)
*Good understanding of SAP Authorization concept including structural authorizations
*Functional specification writing experience
*Strong communication skills
*"Can do" spirit, flexible
*Fluent English
