SAP HCM/SUCCESSFACTORS CHANGE MANAGER

GLOBAL TRANSFORMATION PROGRAMME ACROSS 100+ COUNTRIES

Our client requires a Change Manager on a daily rate contract basis (initially 12months) to lead 47,000+ employees across Europe and Americas through a complex transformation programme.

They have implemented SuccessFactors (greenfield) and re-implemented SAP HCM as they completed redesigned the company's original processes. This role will be challenging as you are working with human emotion and perceived disruption - obviously great people management and communication skills are key. Being able to speak to people from the shop floor to CxO level. You will also control, develop and roll-out all internal marketing communications to assist in the transformation and assure standardisation throughout the organisation.

Requirements:

Min 1 x full end to end SuccessFactors implementation exposure
-

Strong knowledge and exposure of SAP HCM module
-

Deep HR business process knowledge and experience
