SAP HCM PRINCIPAL needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in Philadelphia, PA.

The Big Picture - Top Skills You Should Possess:
- The SAP HCM Core HR Principal supports SAP HCM systems for approximately 100K active employees.
- May Lead projects or be a high-level individual contributor while integrating knowledge of business and functional priorities.
- Ensures the planning and execution of all activities are directly aligned with allocated budget and Business commitments as it relates to assigned projects and initiatives.
- Acts as an HR Technology subject matter expert (SME) for Human Resources Business Partners as well as internal HR Technology members.
- Serves as a subject matter expert and provides guidance to employees as required.
- Develops processes and procedures to drive department efficiencies.
- Will require extensive SAP configuration knowledge for Personnel Administration and Organizational Management.

What You'll Be Doing:
- Represents HR Systems and Technology as a primary point of contact for other members of Human Resources as well as cross functional contact and serves as HR Technology SME to answer questions/concerns about platform changes, policies, functions, etc.
- Provides thorough review and analysis of business requirement specifications, designs, and plans to reconcile with build, test and deploy activities ensuring common understanding and agreement on deliverables.
- Serves as a HR Technology SME in the context of platform upgrades to ensure data integrity throughout Human Resources and coordinates with other departments to ensure that downstream changes to shared data do not impact processing efficiency.
- Recommends and implements workflow processes to Human Resources Partners as needed. Acts as an HR Technology SME for Human Resources Business Partners.
- Exemplifies the standards of leadership, business standards, policy, and future vision in the HR Technology space.
- Provides a consistent, independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
- Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.
- Manages the relationship with business stakeholders to identify product and technical requirements. Conducts/reviews needs analysis to determine integration requirements.
- Manages training initiatives to introduce new applications or new features in existing applications.
- Monitors and evaluates new enhancement packages, competitive applications and products and make recommendation features.
- Works with Quality Assurance team to determine all necessary testing is accounted and documented.
- Able to provide feedback regarding best possible user experience for application users.
- Displays in-depth knowledge of, and ability to apply, process design and redesign skills. Presents and defends functional and technical solutions.
- Displays knowledge of, and ability to apply, project management skills.
- Responsible for platform stability and aids with appropriate troubleshooting activities to collaboratively resolve problems and ensure high availability. Serves as an HR technology representative when implementing cross functional changes to assist with system stability and availability.
- Acts as HR Technology SME for the Human Resources department and provides technical education/review of systems training.

What You Need to Bring to the Table:
- Requires six to nine (6-9) years related experience with Configuration and SAP Organizational Management and Personnel Administration
