Next Ventures is urgently looking for a SAP HCM Performance Management consultant to join a project based in Milan.
For this role you should have extensive experience in developing solutions in SAP HCM
Job Scope:
Work closely with the team leader in order to understand the business requirements to determine the correct system design.?
Design and deliver high quality solutions that meet overall business requirements.
Participate in end user functional specification creation.
SKILLS required:
Minimum of 5 years SAP HCM experience
In-depth understanding of Performance Management.
Must have proven hands-on experience in designing, implementing, and supporting SAP HCM
Fluent Italian
Start date: Immediate
Location: Milan, Italy
Duration: 7 months
