SAP HCM Lead Analyst

My client a global FTSE 250 professional services firm are currently hiring for a Senior SAP HCM Analyst to work on strategic implementation projects on a permanent basis.

Essential experience for this position:
Core SAP HCM
ECC5 or above
Some SAP Payroll experience (at least one project completed in this area)
Some Time and Attendance Experience (Principally Absence and Quota Management)

Must have experience of at least one of these implementation projects within SAP HR:
Employee and Manager Self Service (EMSS)
Talent Management
Compensation Management
Benefits Management

Additional Desirables:
Nakisa Talent and Org Management
SuccessFactors Talent Management
Vistex Commissions
Shared Services

Role Responsibilities and Duties:
Tech lead for SAP HR project roadmap and delivery
Project lead for large projects on SAP HR
Writing up functional specs
Assist with developing business cases to leverage the SAP investment
Map business requirements
Design, configuration and testing of relevant SAP modules
Provide expert consultancy in respect of SAP and standard HR processes
Provide support, guidance and mentoring to other SAP HR team members
