SAP HCM Consultant (m/f/d)

MY DUTIES:

- Solve complex Incidents in HCM, ESS/MSS, SuccessFactors and interface topics (e.g. ALE to other SAP systems/modules), take over RUN/Support 
- Effort estimatons for demands/projects 
- End to end handling of Demands 
- Work with ServiceNow 
- Debug, read and write SAP code and develop enhancements without guidance 
- Communicate with the stakeholders
- Establish credibility with the client
- Communicate with clients in a professional manner with emphasis on building good client relationships 
- Set priorities appropriately
- Ensure that work outputs are timely and of the highest quality

MY QUALIFICATIONS:

- Pronounced technical and analytical skills in HCM, ESS/MSS, ALE 
- Excellent business expertise in German payroll processes and time management (clock-in/clock-out) 
- Experience with SuccessFactors, especially HCM interface 
- Experience with complex SAP system landscapes and international companies
