SAP HCM Consultant (Fast growing Global Consultancy)
A leading Global SAP Consultancy is seeking a number of SAP HCM Consultant's to join their growing Client SAP HR Services team. They are enjoying continued growth and looking to add to their teams in Johannesburg and Pretoria for an initial 12 month fixed-term contract.
As the SAP HCM Consultant your role and responsibilities will include the following:
- Analyse business requirements
- Design and implement the full SAP HCM Solution
- Develop solutions to integration issues
- Develop and coach a project team in SAP HCM
- Work closely with client and manage the relationship between the various business team SAP and Non-SAP
- Get involved in Business presentations and represent the client at industry events
We are looking for SAP HCM Consultants with a minimum of 2 full end-to-end project life cycles, knowledge of SAP Functional Modules and possess a particular expertise in one or more Modules such as HR Payroll (South Africa), SAP HCM Data Migration and/or Time Management.
