*Lead regional team of resources
*Provide localisation of global template for Singapore, Malaysia, China, Hong Kong & Australia
*Facilitate workshops, gather requirements for global template and local countries
*Proven experience deploying ECM & Benefits solutions
*Good English communication skills
*Experience in global template rollouts an advantage
