SAP HCM Consultant

Whitehall resources are currently recruiting for a SAP HCM Consultant for our client in Holland.

Start Date: ASAP
Duration contract: 6 months
Hours: 20 hours per week
Location: Veendam

For our end customers we are looking for a Functional Application Manager for daily management of the current business and additional support for the projects of the deployment and test processes.

Key tasks and responsibilities
1. Processing changes in systems (organizational changes, permanent position requests, etc.)
- increasing mutations in SAP HCM Organization Management
- staging data in the LMS system
- processing authorizations

2. Support for ongoing projects (Recruitment, Personnel Portal, LMS, Analytics, Call Cycle)
- performing functional tests (including scripts)
- cooperate with rollout/implementation of the system in the organization
- Develop process descriptions, process descriptions, instructions, etc.

3. Contribute/thinking of organizing information management on HR applications in the broadest sense
- process model (1st/2nd line support, click-call-face)
- Designing processes/working
- participation in group

4. Elaborate arrangement documentation
- comprehensive labelling of fields within Success Factors
- other tasks which may prove necessary in the course of time

Job requirements:
- experience with HR processes, systems, applications
- experience with SAP HCM (HR and OM) and SuccessFactors (Performance Management, DPD and LMS)
- experience in cutting edge business/IT
