SAP HCM Authorizations Consultant

Next Ventures are looking for a SAP HCM Authorizations Consultant to work on a project in Italy.

The successful SAP HCM Authorizations Consultant will have the following experience:

Key skills looked for:
In-depth understanding of authorizations and objects across all SAP modules, including SAP HCM. Implemented Personnel Administration, Organizational Management (PA and OM), Time Management, Payroll, Compensation and ESS & MSS with structural authorizations. Strong knowledge on Defining and documenting the SAP Security and Controls Strategy.

Job Description:

Defining and then configuring of all HR Roles
Defining and set up of HR context sensitive authorization concept and use of context sensitive authorizations
Data privacy and its use in conjunction with HR info types,
Risk reporting based on Users and SAP roles,
Integration of global template roles and define end user roles and governance by defining both old and new user groups.
Wide spectrum of SAP HCM functional knowledge, mainly in the areas of Personnel Administration, Organization Management and Personnel Development especially Employee Self Services, Authorizations, ALE, LSMW.
Experience in international, multinational projects, its delivery and management.
Capable to understand dependencies between systems, its subsystems and other programs and processes.
