SAP HANA Consultant (Top Secret Clearance) Job

SAP HANA CONSULTANT (TRAVEL POSITION) needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located across the US. This is a remote position except when on assignment. THIS POSITION CAN BE BASED OUT OF ANYWHERE IN THE COUNTRY.

POSSESSION OF A TOP SECRET CLEARANCE IS REQUIRED AS A CONDITION FOR EMPLOYMENT.

THE BIG PICTURE - TOP SKILLS YOU SHOULD POSSESS:

- Data Center Infrastructure - Transformation - DCT Application Migration
- Experienced with incorporating SAP HANA into local networks
- Experienced with SAP HANA full implementation

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Incorporate the client's AppSystem for SAP HANA into the Customer's local network.
- Validate the SAP HANA environment (hardware setup, network connectivity, bandwidth)
- SAP HANA software patching, if required
- Install SAP HANA Studio on one PC or Workstation
- Implementation of SAP HANA
- Test Import some sample test data into SAP HANA and run sample reports using Excel plug
- Provide knowledge transfer on the use and operation of the SAP HANA system:
- Overview of HANA hardware, configuration, and networking
- Overview of HANA Studio and system administration
- Overview of roles and users
- Overview of HANA backup and recovery
- Overview of change management capabilities (object export/import) Orders created from this request shall be governed by the US Government Master Agreement.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- 70% - 80% travel required throughout the Continental US for this role.
- Our client will reimburse supplier for travel expense as this candidate will be requested travel to various locations.
- Converge Systems knowledge and experience CS500 & CS900
- SUSE Linux version 11.x Administration
- Service Guard
- High Level SAP HANA knowledge
- Those who have the skills above will be train by our client where necessary so resource can work alone, and complete the following tasks.
- Must be willing to travel 70-80% of the time across the US, travel costs will be covered by our client .
