- Senior Hands-on consultant responsible for 600 applications for 10 clients
- Technical contact and coordinator for the Engineers (in the field)
- Technical contact for the clients
- Lead-consultant for complex and/or critical implementations
- 3th and 4th line support
- Good communication skills
