Job Description:

SAP GTS Consultant - Eindhoven - Experience with Customs processes in a discrete manufacturing industry
Start date: ASAP
Duration: 6 month+
Hours a week: 40

Experience
At least five to seven years of experience with Customs processes in a discrete manufacturing industry:
Discrete industry (Complex products, low volumes)
Customs process in general (Customs and Compliancy).
Ability to document, validate, challenge business requirements and translate them into functional IT specifications. And select the correct solution (direction) that corresponds with these functional specifications.
Ability to document processes ("As Is"
Pro-active personality who can deal with resistance;
A demonstrated ability to perform in high-pressure environments;
Well-developed consultancy skills with a strong go-getter mentality;
Motivated and enthusiastic team player;
Flexibility, adapt to company culture and individual's behavior;
Excellent communication skills;
Ability to influence without power;
Ability to create and maintain a large trusted network on all levels of the organization;
Act convincingly in natural way to get the proposed solution accepted
A demonstrated excellent maneuverability within complex Matrix organizations;
