SAP GRC & Securities - Application Support Analyst (German Speaker)
SAP GRCidentify, prioritize and communicate issue resolution over the phone. Perform follow-up assessment of previously resolved issues
- Provide reports and statistics about the technical support provided.
- Completion of basic user requests- Investigation, completion and solution to user ERP issues
- Creation and maintenance of user profiles in the ERP system
- Contribute to Help Desk improvements
- ERP User Administration
- Role Administrator
Key Skills and Experience:
- Education in IT branch or experience with ERP Authorization concept
- Experience with the GRC 10.0 Access Control product ARM and EAM welcome
- Experience in the setup and maintenance of user profiles (refining and maintaining user profiles and authorizations advantage)
- 2 years of work experience as technical support on a similar position
- Knowledge in SAP GRC Access Control, SAP ERP, SAP BI and SAP Solution Manager welcome
You need distinctive customer and service orientation and strong communication skills. In order to succeed in this position, you need to be positive and solution-oriented and take responsibility for what needs resolving. You are reliable and possess and analytical way of thinking and great planning skills. You are able to work in a team and eager to learn. You will need to have initiative and be able to employ yourself in various daily jobs, being proactive for further development. You are extremely good at English and German, both spoken and written.
