SAP Global Lead-Planning and Master Data-APO

- Lead a highly motivated team of 10 internal SAP consultants based in Mannheim and Indianapolis.
- As System Owner and Solution Manager you are responsible for the availability, support, maintenance and data security of assigned business applications Responsible for the (global) SAP -Planning and Master Data APO Manage international projects within the approved budget and time.
- Negotiate service level agreements, monitor services and ensure that service levels are met.
- As Supplier Manager you will ensure appropriate price-performance management and that all contracts conform with business requirements and guidelines.
- Management of expenses, investment and capacity budgets.

You also:

- Completed university degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration or in an technic/scientific field of study, preferably Master or PhD level
- Substantial professional IT experience in a major, global organization, with a minimum of five years' experience as project or group leader
- Experience working in a regulated environment and with Computer System Validation is a plus
- Certifications and experience in the pharmaceutical industry is considered a plus
- Good leadership skills with recruiting, leading and motivating teams, ideally with international experience in Project Management and IT Service Management (ITIL)
- Strong communication skills (oral and written) and an international, strategic mindset with a clear goal orientation
- Fluent English reading, writing, listening and speaking skills
- Flexibility to travel a minimum of 25-50%
