This is a minimum 6 month contract opportunity.Overview
Our client is seeking a SAP Functional Analyst with Plant Maintenance experience. Reporting to the Project Manager of SAP Re-Implementation Project, the role of Maintenance Application Functional Analyst will be responsible for confirming that Maintenance business process & SAP design meets Maintenance business needs and supports enablement of business area vision.Role and Responsibilities
- Provides comprehensive knowledge of business processes, including: process flows, data requirements, technology, people and integration
- Mapping and GAP analysis for Maintenance module
- Preparation of test scripts for testing the configured scenarios
- Works with the on-site and offshore resources
- Full understanding of process issues and "pain-points"
- Obtains buy-in to the process vision from Maintenance business key stakeholders, process owners, and end users
- Delivers transactional reporting requirements and drives high level report design
- Leverages the Maintenance business to support design and testing activities
- Participate in the weekly Maintenance work-stream status meetings
- Contribute to the design workshops, ensuring sufficient and appropriate business attendance
Qualifications
Required Skills
- Undergraduate degree in engineering, computer science, business, or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years' experience working an oil and gas domain
- Minimum of five years' experience of contributing to the success of a range of midsize-to-large initiatives with above-average levels of complexity and business criticality
- Minimum of 5 years' experience leading medium to large multi-disciplinary teams, building a team-oriented, collaborative environment
- Minimum 5 years' experience managing large, complex investment budgets
- Experience in one or more SAP implementations
- Experience in facilitating change, including collaboration with management stakeholders
- Proven internal and external influencing skills at senior and executive management levels
- Proven internal and external influencing skills at senior and executive management levels
- SAP PM
- Microsoft Office.

- Graduate degree in Business Administration (MBA)
- Project Management Professional (PMP)
- ITIL Foundations
- Certified Business Analyst Professional (CBAP)
- Familiarity with (and demonstrated understanding) of enterprise's business and technical architecture.
