SAP Finance Service Manager (m/f/d)

For our customer we are looking for a SAP Finance Service Manager (m/f/d) - remote in fulltime

Your Tasks:
- Research, diagnose, troubleshoot, and identify solutions
- Understand custom implementations, business practices etc. to appropriately manage requests
- Gather, analyse, and define requirements to develop professional standard solution documentation
- Ensure proper recording and closure of all issues
- Prepare accurate and timely reports
- Document know-how in the form of knowledge base tech notes and articles
- Execution of Customizing
- Creation & Maintenance of Template Documentation
- Execution of Data Migration tasks
- End User Training, Provide training to Technical Services team members
- Test Management Experience
- Develop process improvements and future solutions

Your Qualification:
- Minimum 7 years of work experience and skills acquired in IT Service Management for SAP, ideally in an international environment
- Ability for troubleshooting complex issues involving ERP/SAP Finance business processes and interconnected software systems
- Knowledge of SAP Solution Manager
- Previous Experience of working within complex multi-system and multi-client SAP landscape
- Strong Business & IT acumen
- Very good command of English and ability to communicate on international level
- Optional: FSCM Experience
