SAP FICO- Multiple Currency Accounting Experience

RESPONSIBILITY:

- Leading Requirement Gathering workshops
- Configuring solution on the system and get it validated
- Implementing Multi Currency Accounting

DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE:

- Excellent Communication Skills
- Ability to interact/conduct workshops with business users
- Ability to give a detail solution on how to implement MCA
- Candidate must have experience of implementing Multi Currency Accounting which includes
- Working with foreign currency profits and losses in the functional currency, transforming to the corresponding FX positions
- Knowledge of using FX positions to control currency exposure in the different company codes
- FX positions valuation, revaluation, adjustment and restatement
- P&L Processing - Lock, Close, Transformation
- Creation of MCA balance sheet based on the balances in the original currency
- Maintaining the general ledger in three currencies
- ADDITIONAL EXPERTISE IN IMPLEMENTING MCA/NEW GL IN A PRODUCTION ENVIRONMENT AND ABLE TO IDENTIFY AND ASSES THE CHALLENGES IN EXISTING DATA CONVERSION IS A BIG PLUS
