SAP FI CO Finance Change Request Manager

Next Ventures is urgently looking for a SAP FI CO Finance change request manager to look after the coordination of Mainframe request for some existing Legacy systems and help build a more dedicated team to handle this

Activity:
§    SAP CFI CO manager who can lead a team of Change Request Management for Finance IS organization.
§    To lead SAP (FI-CO/MM/SD) change request, but also coordinate some few Mainframe in-house applications in Finance domain changes as well.
§    To work closely with the different teams involved into project: Project coordinator, 3rd parties' providers, IT and IS finance departments, business key users.

To take responsibility for organizing SAP Change Request (FI - CO- SD-MM)
    To lead archiving project on SAP Finance
    To lead change management request team (will help to build the appropriate team)
    To analyze SAP change request and organize customization analysis and specifications,
    To take responsibility for the GAP analysis with the solution already implemented.
    To define the detailed System Specifications for Development Team.
    To respect costs, timescales and resources planned. Alerts where these deviate from agreed tolerances
    To monitor the Build & testing phases with Offshore development team.
    To participate for client communication on the scope in charge
    To participate to Change meeting review and gives status progress for the scope in charge
    To take into account and communicates impacts in/out of the scope in charge
    To track activities against the plan
    To identify risks and propose countermeasures
    To provide regular and accurate reports to IS management and client management as appropriate.
    To lead a team of 5-10 persons
    To work closely with the application support team

Key skills looked for:
    SAP R/3 FI-CO, configuration and customizing/8 years experience
    SAP R/3 SD/MM experience would be appreciated.
    Team management experience
    SAP technical skills in IDOC, XI, ABAP, interface development.
    Experience with Offshore development teams
    Experience in Industry, ideally Automotive
    International experience (Europe) in term of Project Management
    SOLMAN (BPML-and change) experience would be appreciated
    Fluent in English

Duration: 9 months
