SAP Disaster Recovery Business Analyst

CONTRIBUTE TO A LARGE GOVERNMENT PROGRAM

LONG TERM CONTRACT

MY CLIENT IS A LARGE GOVERNMENT ORGANIZATION SEEKING A SAP DISASTER RECOVERY BUSINESS ANALYST TO TAKE PART OF A LARGE GOVERNMENT PROGRAM. THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL BE AN EXPERIENCED BUSINESS ANALYST WITH AT LEAST 4 YEARS PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE IN SAP AND PREVIOUS DISASTER RECOVERY EXPERIENCE.

REQUIRED JOB SKILLS:

- Ability to design and document business processes
- Ability to define and document testing scenarios and test scripts
- Understand the principles of efficiency and cost-effectiveness, including managing expectations, maintaining spirit of co-operation and collaboration
- Ability to understand the technical aspects of complex systems implementations at a high level and to seek technical support when necessary
- Ensure consistency and quality in client deliverables
- Ability to work within a Matrix management structure of technical operational resources and non-technical resources

TECHNICAL EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

- 4 + years Business Analyst experience
- 4 + years SAP functional experience
- Business experience with HR/Payroll and Finance processes
- Demonstrated experience with defining and documenting business processes
- Demonstrated experience of defining and developing testing scenarios and scripts
- Demonstrated experience of running business workshops
- SAP application experience in HR/Payroll & FICO environments
- Understanding of SAP technical environment
- Prior experience with HPQC testing solution
- Prior disaster recovery process or testing experience
