SAP Development Lead

For a major international client in Lausanne, we are looking for a:

SAP DEVELOPMENT LEAD

Our client is implementing a global business transformation program. The program will include a major IS/IT transformation for which SAP and Hybris have been selected as strategic software partners.

The Delivery Lead, reporting to the Program Director, is a coordination role with responsibility for the delivery of the custom developments needed to support the global template solution and its implementation. The delivery lead will coordinate the multiple delivery organisations involved in the program, including internal and external organizations, providing visibility to the program management team.

He/she will work closely with the functional and technical streams to understand the requirements, and engage with the multiple development organisations in order to estimate effort and coordinate the developments needed.

We are looking for experienced candidates who can demonstrate the following:

- Management experience on programs of similar scope/complexity, in an international environment (multi-country implementations and international teams)
- Large scale implementation experience based on SAP and non SAP technology platforms
- Global Template and market localization experience
- At least 10 years in the software development industry (analysis, architecture, release and deployment)
- Good experience of different software development methodologies and processes (Scrum, Agile, Waterfall) in complex environments
- Fluent English 

THIS IS A LONG-TERM CONTRACT POSITION WITH AN INTERNATIONAL CLIENT. THE CLIENT IS LOCATED ON LAKE GENEVA, IN LAUSANNE. INFO-TECH WILL PROVIDE ADVICE AND SUPPORT THROUGH YOUR RELOCATION IF YOU ARE WORKING IN SWITZERLAND FOR THE FIRST TIME.
