SAP ABAP DEVELOPER - PI & BW

MY client a leading QLD employer is looking for a number of SAP developers to join their team on a long term contract basis.

6 + 6 + 6 month's contract

The purpose of the SAP Technical Developer roles are to act as hands-on developers for SAP ABAP or Process Integration (PI) or Business Warehouse (BW) related development efforts within the solution and will operate within the Build Stream.

All of the SAP Technical Developer roles across ABAP, PI and BW will be responsible for the following organisational duties:

- Adhere to the project SAP Development Standards and Guidelines.

Work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Review evolving best practices and new approaches to implementation of SAP solutions.
- Review project plans and technical documentation for the build of technical objects including detailed tasks, timeframes, dependencies and resources.
- Consult and collaborate with Functional & Process Design, Integration, Data

Migration and Testing teams.
Complete accurate testing throughout the duration of the project and perform defect resolution - Report to the Process Integration (PI) Development Lead on the progress of all assigned tasks on a regular basis.

Minimum 5 years of experience as a SAP ABAP Developer with proven core skills in several of the following areas:

- Enhancements (BADI's, BAPI's BTE's, User exits, Enhancement Framework)
- Conversion Programs, RFC's, Module Pool Programming, SAPscript, Smart Forms,
- Object Oriented ABAP (including ALV reporting), IDOC's, LSMW's
- Developing interactive ABAP Webdynpro applications using Module View Controller
- (MVC) paradigm
- ABAP interface experience including IDOC, ABAP Proxies, Message Mapping, XSLT
- Application integration experience with multiple connector technologies (flat file, XML, SOAP, HTTP,HTTPS,JMS,JDBC, MQ Series etc)
- Experience in BW 7.0/7.01/7.3 implementations
- Strong SAP PI development, configuration and administration skills including, Enterprise
- Services, Repository, Integration Directory, Runtime Workbench and Monitoring
- Development experience in ECC6
- Consuming Web Services in ECC6
- Experience in working with SAP modules in ECC 6 such as FI/CO, PM, MM
