SAP Demand Manager - Lausanne - French Speaking

Currently Looking for a French Speaking SAP Demand Manager for a role we have to take place in Lausanne for the duration of 6 months starting in Feb, Details below:

Representative Customer Demand Your main activities and responsibilities:
Ø Ensuring customer satisfaction in the optimal management of orders and delivery times
Ø Effective management problems, emergencies and logistics applications, commercial and technical Ø Follow the methods, procedures and systems Customer Demand Management
Ø Participate in improvement projects in the medium term in order to optimise the efficiency and quality of customer relations
Ø Take part in activities related to customer requests with other departments to ensure commercial engagement vis-à- vis customers
Ø Provide the required information to the internal cell Master Data Management (MDM) to update the database of new clients
Ø Participate actively in the functioning of the S & OP process
- The management of sales forecasts, the level of third-party clients with Regional Sales Directors and at sister companies
- The organisation and monitoring of operations leading to the validation and reporting schedules synchronised sales, production and stock

Ø Ensure the necessary exchanges with the Business Solution Centre so that evolution needs known level of demand management are taken into account in the short changes, medium and long -term information systems

Your profile:
Ø commercial employee CFC or equivalent business training
Ø Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar position
Ø Fluent in French and English
Ø Experience in portfolio management products and customers
Ø rigorous and meticulous person, who can work independently
Ø Peculiar in contacts and negotiations
