SAP Delivery Manager

SAP Service Delivery Manager with industry knowledge of IT Service Delivery and the ITIL Framework. Meticulous organisational skills as well as attention to detail for delivering all aspects of the customer's SAP requirements. AN Expert in producing high-quality documentation for all elements of the service including operational process documentation, transition plans, auditable process documents, technical specifications and much more. Experience of developing and growing client and 3rd party relationships. Involvement or lead for various sales proposals and tender responses for potential SAP support customers including determining solutions for service design, transition and detailed pricing/profitability You will have past experience working for several years as a SAP support team manager of onshore and offshore teams You will be required to work with customers to provide solutions for the latest SAP technologies. Involvement or functional lead in over 3 rollouts and many smaller projects. Hands-on experience of interfaces, idocs, EDI, detailed specification writing, training - both verbal and written. Comprehensive project, configuration and training documentation always produced and distributed as needed. You will enjoy working as part of a team, leading and empowering others or as an individual on smaller pieces of work. Required SAP Service Delivery, Support Management, Support Transformation & Management Service Readiness/Process Design. Documentation Writing.
