SAP Data Analyst - Hertfordshire - £35,000 plus Benefits Permanent POSITION REQUIREMENTS: Education/Training: Graduate Experience: 2+ years Knowledge/Skills: Essential: * German Speaking * Strong understanding of SAP R/3 & its associated data objects * Capability to understand complex data maps and business requirements Preferable: * Experience of managing SAP/business processes * Demonstrable experience of managing Variant Configuration data elements * Understanding of the CXS product lines and technical capabilities * Ability to collaborate & influence stakeholders at varying levels within the organisation Travel: Monthly JOB REQUIREMENTS: * Excellent data analytical skills * Self-starter * Ability to manage & lead team discussion * Strong interpersonal & communication skills * Strong planning & organisational skills * Ability to solve complex problems * Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, verbal, diagram, or schedule form * Ability to work effectively under pressure to meet deadlines * Customer service oriented, focused on responsive delivery, performance measurement and continuous improvement * Able to quickly build good relationships and trust with, colleagues, end users and data owners across the business. * Self-motivated, able to set own goals and manage own workload in order to achieve them. * Able to influence and enthuse end users, colleagues and Data owners. * Team player encouraging the sharing and cross fertilisation of ideas and information.
