Should have 12+ years of experience in SAP implementations/rollouts. Should have worked as Cutover manager in multiple programs and is adept at preparing/proposing varied approaches based on the site requirements. Role will require to act as a cutover lead for site deployments - adept at managing multiple stakeholders, coordinating across teams/vendors, excellent communication skills. Should be able to manage risks and prepare plans to preempt mange the riks. Will be responsible to prepare this plan by working with all relevant stakeholders and execute and track the plan execution. Short term onsite travel will be required. Should hold European passport and travel onsite whenever required
