SAP CUTOVER PROJECT MANAGER

SAP Cutover Manager required for busy SAP Programme.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for delivering a detailed integrated cutover plan covering business, project and SI activities

Responsible for leading day to day cutover activities both business and technical

Responsible for planning and conducting simulation cutovers to de-risk live cutover Major Activities

Working with Programme Team and Business representatives, define and delivery detailed cutover plan activities with clear ownership definition

Provide experienced guidance to Business Representatives with best practice cutover strategies

Provide weekly reporting up to month of Cutover and daily reports thereafter

Manage all project related communications including Newsletters/Intranet/Posters etc. as well as testing and training communications

Support the business through the implementation of SAP during the cutover phase

SKILLS

Previous relevant experience in large scale SAP programmes

Good understanding of national/international standards associated with programme delivery - eg PRINCE 2/Common Gated process/CIMM/ASAP
