Projektbeschreibung
Next Ventures are currently executing a search for an experienced Data Migration coordinator to act as an expert in data migration coordinating data improvements, participating to data migration done as part of the projects concentrating especially to the CUSTOMER AND VENDOR DATA.
This role is to be based on site in Helsinki for a period of 6-12 months.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Plan, analyse, coordinate and support data improvements including data cleaning related to customer and vendor master data
Support data improvements from other areas
Work as a point of contact for migration related issues within the agreed scope that can vary per project
Communicate and keep necessary parties informed
Identify possible template and program development needs and report those to solution owners rest of the migration team (upload resources)
Support data migration manager and local organization in performing data migration as part of the rollout and revisit
Support and participate to Migration IT testing, UVT and go-live migration execution
Make sure migration extraction rules are created correctly to MiTo
Responsible for after go-live support
Handover knowledge to external service provider offshore on data validation related to rollout projects.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Education
Commercial or Technical background, minimum Bachelor degree
Experience
Minimum 3 years direct work experience in related area.
Experience in master data, data maintenance and processes
Experience in SAP
E xperience working with different cultures in the global company
Excellent English skills both in speaking and writing

OTHER INFORMATION
Base location in Finland, flexibility for travel needed. Therefore consultants must have eu status and able to travel when needed without any visa restrictions.
