Experienced SAP CRM Utilities Consultant

Context
The customer is looking to move their old ISU Customer Interaction Center towards CRM 7.0. In this context we are looking to strengthen our
CRM core team with an experienced CRM Utilities consultant with prior project experience in setting up a CRM Web Interaction Center for Utilities. The consultan
t should be able to capture business needs, translate them into SAP CRM requirements and implement the requirements accordingly.
Assignment details
3-month assignment, January-March 2015..

Desired Skills & Experience
Experience
Experience in integration of SAP CRM and SAP IS-U with CRM Middleware
Experience in configuring SAP CRM contract management, integrated with ISU tariffs
Knowledge of the general concepts of SAP CRM 7 is a prerequisite
Knowledge of SAP CRM Web interaction center for Utilities is an asset
Preferably 5 or more years of experience in CRM and the Utilities sector

Good business acumen, able to understand clients expectations, anticipate needs and proactively propose innovative solutions in SAP
Strong analytical/conceptual way of thinking: focus on down to earth, fit for purpose solutions
