My client is currently looking for SAP CRM Trainer to work in a team of 6 people.
DAY TO DAY ACTIVITIES
- Writing Training material for CRM/Services
- liaising with users
- engaging with stakeholders
- getting familiar with business processes
PERSONAL NEEDS
- Must have the ability to working work within a team collaboratively
- Have excellent stakeholder mgmt skills
- Truly demonstrate that they can listen and understand the business
- Be able to really think things through and provide excellent training materials for the business.
- experience in document management would be a bonus
- someone who is confident, bright and articulate
ESSENTIAL SKILLS NEEDED
- Must have prepared training material for the CRM and know CRM business processes.
