SAP CRM Tester Job

SAP CRM TESTER needed for an 18 MONTH CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in Bellevue, WA.

Top Skills Should You Possess:
- Testing experience in an SAP environment
- Experience with modules: Customer Interaction Center, Sales, Service management and Billing

What You'll Be Doing:
- Review requirements/use cases and identify, prepare and execute test cases.
- Develop test plan/cases/scripts, test execution, document defects, and work with technical team and business to troubleshoot and resolve identified issues.
- Utilize formal QA Processes and full SDLC.
- Daily interaction with IT and business teams.
- Utilize Quality Center/ALM for Test Management and Defect Management. Telecom domain experience is highly recommended. Secondary Skills -Test Automation

- SAP Testing
- Formal QA processes/SDLC

Bonus Points! Otherwise Known As Preferred Qualifications:
- Telecom experience
- Automation experience
