SAP CRM Service Specialist APO ECC- Switzerland

SAP CRM Service Specialist APO ECC- Switzerland. Our client, a major international eCommerce organisation in Lausanne is expanding their organisation rapidly. As part of this growth they are looking for a SAP Consultant with experience in the design, configuration and test of SAP CRM Service (CRM7.0 ehp2).

You will be responsible for the functional and technical specifications, translating business requirements into specific detailed designs and proposing solutions for specific applications and modules.

You will define, document and execute configuration specifications; define detailed test scripts, execute test scripts to ensure the smooth delivery of new templates.

Experience in CRM service (in-house repair and field service order), ECC integration with CRM and CRM integration with APO is required. A strong understanding of the E2E services process is also highly desirable. Knowledge of Hybris will also be a strong plus.
