SAP CRM/RETAIL SENIOR CONSULTANT

MANDATORY: In depth knowledge of SAP CRM - Marketing Campaigns, Returns Process, Repair Management

MINIMUM REQUIREMENT: 5 years of SAP ERP RETAIL Design, Implementation & Configuration Experience with a proven track record.

MUST HAVE: Well articulated in Business English and well versed experience in direct client interaction with regards to discussing scopes and requisites. Using existing test cases and case studies to build and design.

NICE TO HAVE: Lead experience as well as experience in the manufacturing and Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry.

GOAL: Build a SAP ERP Retail based prototype for Complaint Management which will allow:
- Support process end-to-end from customer touch-point to logistical follow-up/refund
- Touch-points can be online, call center or at the store

THE ROLE:
- Analyse the business requirements
- Functional design of a new SAP ERP Retail based solution
- Design, customisation and implementation of a SAP Retail/CRM prototype for Complaints Management
- Consultation of the customer for detailed use cases and discussing customisation and integration for Returns Process and Repair Management
- Present in-shoulder views and structured walk-throughs.
