SAP CRM Manager

One of our key clients is currently seeking am SAP CRM Manager to join their team for an initial 6 month contract located at Parramatta.

We are currently seeking someone who can lead and manage all program activities associated with the procurement, development, testing and implementation of the project.

RESPONSIBILITIES & REQUIREMENTS:

- Provide leadership and guidance to program members to achieve a positive and collaborative outcome for the program.
- Ensure effective management, prioritisation and scheduling of all deliverables.
- Ensure compliance with the organisations governance, project management, audit and procurement standards and procedures.
- Monitor and report on program performance, with particular emphasis on the change management, risk and integration aspects of the project.
- 5 + years experience in managing large programs with strong software development and delivery expertise.
- Proven management experience in bespoke software development across complex environments.
- Extensive experience in delivering software in an Agile SDLC environment.
- Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Strong experience in change management.
- Working knowledge of ITIL, MSP, COBIT and Agile methodologies (formal qualifications preferred).
- A strong understanding of contemporary trends in CRM Application implementations, printing and scanning technologies, data migration and cleansing, electronic document management, workflow and forms management.
