SAP CRM Functional Consultant - Dublin

Projektbeschreibung
This CRM Functional expert must have at least 6 years SAP experience.
They must have strong technical and design background and must possess extensive business process knowledge with a focus on core CRM modules
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Must possess strong communication skills for interaction with different stakeholders involved in this Project (ie. in the business process definition stages, design, testing etc. with technical and non-technical people).
Excellent communication/interpersonal skills are mandatory
Knowledge of the Retail Electricity & Gas Markets, North and South in Ireland on the supplier side is desirable
Implementation/support experience in the Retail Electricity and/or Gas Market in Ireland is desirable.
Display ability to create/maintain project documentation to allow smooth transition of Project into Support organisation
Display ability to maintain a common set of scoping, design, implementation and test artefacts and templates in line with agreed Project definitions
Knowledge of standard testing practices for ISU Projects is a must.
Past experience with the application Quality Centre is an advantage (ie for the creation & execution of Test Scripts and the resolution of Defects).
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Identify and suggest possible process improvement opportunities through CRM 7
Preparing functional specifications
Completing system configuration
Liaise closely with ABAP team during build phase
Troubleshooting and resolving complex technical problems
Preparing and managing all elements of testing
Work along side delivery leads and architects to Identify and manage risks
SKILLS
At least 6 years SAP CRM Experience
Advanced knowledge of Activity and Task Management, Email Management, Interaction records, Campaign Management and Marketing in CRM 7 is an absolute must
Must be able to demonstrate comprehensive understanding of core CRM processes and data
Worked on at least 2 CRM 7 projects
Experience in upgrading from CRM 4 to CRM 7 would be a major advantage
Must have gone through all phases of a project life cycle including analysis, design, development, testing, documentation creation and training
Knowledge of capabilities provided in CRM Ehp2 would be an added advantage
TIMESCALES & COMMITMENT
The resource will be required for 6 months from Mid-September 2013 with a possibility of an extension for another 12 months.
