SAP CRM Functional Consultant - Dutch

To support the existing CRM system as well as implement new CRM modules and functionality, the SAP CRM Functional Consultant position is required. The SAP CRM Functional Consultant is part of the CRM team which consists of other functional consultants as well as technical consultants.

Support and enhance SAP CRM modules
Supporting and enhancing existing SAP CRM modules and functionality. Proactively seeking improvements to the systems to improve cost effectiveness, simplicity and support for business objectives. Document solutions, write technical specification documents for technical consultants. Perform daily control and sanity checks. Communicates with end-users, distributes incidents to team members, can be assigned the role of incident manager.

Implement new CRM modules
Taking part as a team member in Projects for implementing new CRM modules and functionality, or roll-outs of existing functionality to other countries. Responsible for implementing Change Requests independently. Working together with other functional SAP consultants and ABAP developers to help design, build, test, implement, document and stabilize the best solutions for the business requirements.

Training
Providing end-user training, develop training material, provide knowledge transfer to colleagues.

Project Management
Assignment to special projects for example global collaboration initiatives, participation in sub teams or individual CRM initiatives, make (team) presentations on special subjects.

Requirements:

A strong functional (and technical) knowledge of SAP-CRM in areas of Sales, Service or Marketing
Knowledge of BW/BI and/or ECC is an advantage
Able to operate on his/her own in the full life cycle of software: from design to aftercare and operational support
Knowledge of (basic) ITIL principles and processes.
Experience with business processes in general, preferably in High-Tech industry or Consumer Products industry.
Should have worked in Agile methodology ( Scurm)
Creative in finding solutions
Good communicator in both English and Dutch
Knowledge of German, French and Italian is an advantage
Possesses didactical skills
Prepared to follow courses
Self reliant, flexible and service minded team player
Is experienced in professional support in an international business environment.
Prepared to travel occasionally within Europe
