ROLE:- SAP CRM/BILLING CONSULTANT

SKILLS REQUIRED:- - Should be expert in WEBUI configuration.
- Should have experience in Action Management like creation of Actions,Action Profiles and Action profile determination.
- Should have experience of configuring the Date Managementlike date types, date rules and date profile.S
- Should have worked in category Modeler.
- Should have experience in Creation of BDOCs.
- Should have knowledge in Debugging the middlewareand also aware of enhancing the Middleware skills.
- Should have good experience in Configuring the entireMiddleware system.
- Should be expert in Base Customization module andshould have knowledge in configuring the Service contracts and service plans.
- Should have hands on experience in CRM billingand resource management.
- Should have good understanding of entitlement management.
- Should have experience in configuring the Solution search  Usage based billing.
- Should have Good knowledge on Mobile and handheld service.
- Should be expert in complaint and returns management.
- Should have good understanding of Internet Self Service.
