SAP CRM C4C Business Analyst

SAP CRM C4C Business Analyst urgently required for global Swiss end client! This is a great opportunity to work on the latest C4C technology or to gain experience in this area.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced Business Analyst with solid experience working on SAP CRM projects. PriorC4C knowledge and working experience is preferred, but not essential. You should also possess previous retail industry experience

Activities:

1. Requirements gathering, stakeholder liaison, project planning

2. SAP CRM C4C project support, maintenance and enhancements

3. Coordination between suppliers and the business

Additionally, you should have excellent communication skills in English, be able to motivate and drive others on the project, and be able to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels. The role could also eventually involve some team management.
