SAP CRM BUSINESS ANALYST

Our client requires the expertise of a Business Analyst with previous SAP CRM experience for an initial 10+ month contract based in Melbourne.

On this project you will have the opportunity to work with some of the latest cloud based technologies. In this broad Business Analyst role you will be responsible for stakeholder engagement, gathering the business requirements for the design and development, UAT testing, user training and assisting through the deployment of the SAP solution.

In this role you will be responsible for:

- Provide specialist business process guidance to SAP software consultants and other members of the project team.
- Provide guidance and assess whether these functions will lend themselves to incorporation into SAP.
- Mapping processes to SAP functionality and co-ordination with the SAP Technical/Integration teams
- Co-ordinate with the SAP Change Management team to develop operational and training documentation for SAP, and contribute to the training effort for the assigned business process area.
- Support the deployment and cutover activities for SAP, including site preparations, testing (including regression), training, data conversion and validation, and other activities required to implement SAP.
- Co-ordinate process improvements and change management in consultation with business units and project change management.
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with key business process stakeholders in a cross functional environment.

SKILLS

- 4+ years of Business Analyst experience
- Worked on at least one SAP CRM project
- Any exposure to cloud CRM solutions would be highly advantageous
- Ability to analyse and synthesise information gathered from the customer needs identification
- Ability to document business requirements & map business processes
- Ability to create test scripts and assist in the management of testing and validation
- Strong analytical and technical problem solving skills
- Good communication skills, be able to bridge communication between business and IT
- Energetic and proactive and able to work collaboratively with others
- A high level of stakeholder management and communication skills
