SAP Consultant

LOCATION: Houston, TX DURATION: 12 Months

- The BI/Business Objects 4.1 Developer will focus on the implementation of a BI solution for a marketing project.
- The developer will be responsible for using the latest SAP BI 4.1 technologies to design reports, dashboards and analytical applications against several data platforms including SAP HANA.

Please note this effort will require strong knowledge of newer BI 4.1 technologies including:

- Consuming SAP HANA data
- Dashboards using Design Studio
- Presenting Data using visuals such as Explorer and Lumira
- Using Geospatial data with BI 4.1 Tools.

REQUIRED:

- Knowledge of the 4.1 SAP BI Tools including (Dashboards, Webi, Explorer, Design Studio and Lumira)
- Ability to implement the right BI tool against the data/end user requirement when considering user needs and performance.
- Ability to think outside of the box to find solutions on how to report against complex "big data"
- Knowledge of SAP HANA models and how to consume data into SAP 4.1 BI Tools using best practices and standards.
- Ability to lead the BI effort on the project to assist the team and other developers in the approach and design.
- Ability to design complex Universes and understanding of when and how to use them against SAP HANA.
- Excellent Communication skills.
- Ability to find innovative ways to present data in a very visual method using the SAP BI 4.1 technologies.
