Projektbeschreibung
Task:
For 2nd- and 3rd-level support comprehensive analysis of incidents in collaboration with contributing inhouse units and third party suppliers and resolution of incident based on the ITIL standards.
Creating required detail technical implementation design based on the business requirements and IT solution design; implementing the solution; definition and execution of required QA measures (testing)
Skills required:
At least 3 years of deep experience with SAP CO/PS module. (support experience is an advantage)
Experience at utility companies is an advantage.
Language skills: excellent English, German knowledge is an advantage. Hungarian is nice to have
