I need a pure SAP Change Manager - there CV has to sing change manager with all of this in:
Demonstrable change management experience (change impact assessment, stakeholder engagement, training)
Consultancy background (so it would be very beneficial if they had worked for one of key consulting firms)
SAP experience (understanding and awareness would be sufficient as we are not looking for a technical resource)
Fluent Polish/English speaker
Good communicator
3-6 months based in Krakow.
