SAP Change Manager

My client is looking for 3 SAP/ERP Change Managers to work in various locations in the UK.

Overall accountability for managing the change journey for all impacted audiences within markets/above-country entities, to ensure all impacted audiences understand how their roles will change as a result of the project implementation and are ready, willing and able to transition to the new ways of working within the new target operating model.

Responsibilities:

Ensure alignment to the BCE methodology, toolkit and plan
Close co-ordination of all other change initiatives active in markets/entities to ensure alignment/integration of method and timelines
Establishing and managing of the Change Network to enable effective business engagement and readiness
Timely delivery of Market Change Deliverables in line with Level 2 and 3 plans and PQPs
Creating, maintaining and executing a detailed impact assessment and change action plan
Creating, maintaining and executing a market communication plan, with all supporting communication products
Stakeholder identification, engagement, and monitoring
Monitoring business readiness in markets/entities through the execution of Business Readiness Assessmnts on a periodic basis for end users and super users
