SAP Change Manager

Speller International has been asked to recruit for a SAP Change Manager to work on a part time basis, for 2-3 days a week, based in Melbourne.

This is a 6 month position, starting in September, with interviews happening in August. The role will be focusing on a more technical aspect of SAP and will therefore need someone who ideally is IT savvy, as well as having the skills to work with and influence stakeholders.

The key focus of the role will include:

- Development and execution of a  successful change management strategy
- Identification of impacted internal and external customers and the best way to communicate with them
- Understanding of impacted processes and the ability to guide the business through this
- Strong communications skills with the business, training team and project staff
- Organisation design and transition management

Working as part of a small project team, the successful candidate will be working for the Project Manager, providing professional support and utilising their existing change management experience to make the implementation as seamless as possible.

This role is to start at the beginning of September and is part time, based 2-3 days a week in Melbourne.
