One of our well known, clients is searching for an experienced SAP Change Manager to join their team, focusing on SAP Works Asset Management, as part of a major SAP project. The project is based in Melbourne and the role will initially run for 6 months, with a view to extend.

This role will see you working on a WAM project with a focus primarily on process design, process change, and the ability to lead discussions with senior stakeholders, identifying and guiding them through the impact assessment.

Ideally you will have:

- At least 5+ years of Change Management experience
- Worked on at least 5 SAP project life cycles (including experience in understanding the impact the change programme will have on roles, responsibilities and departmental structure)
- A solid understanding of SAP Works Asset Management/SAP PM
- Excellent communication skills and feel confident liaising with people from all levels of the Business
